Razvoj zelenih kompetenc je postal in bo v bližnji prihodnosti ključ do ohranjanja dodane vrednosti v trajnostnem gospodarstvu, ki ga bo EU lahko ustvarila. Postalo je jasno, da se morajo poklicno izobraževanje in usposabljanje ter podjetja prilagoditi negotovostim, ki jih prinaša prihodnost, in hkrati prispevati k trajnostni družbi.

 

Pomen pridobivanja zelenih znanj in spretnosti v teh nepredvidljivih časih, ko so zahteve po bolj trajnostnem delovanju in funkcioniranju nujnejše in se spreminjajo, se odraža tudi v svetu izobraževanja, če ne celo v svetu poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja še bolj naravno, saj je izobraževalni sektor najtesneje povezan z industrijo.

Zelena znanja in spretnosti ter trajnostno gospodarstvo zahtevajo razvoj visokokakovostnih naborov znanj in spretnosti v sektorju poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja ter MSP. Agilna miselnost in pripravljenost na spremembe sta bolj kot kdaj koli prej izjemno pomembni za spodbujanje in omogočanje sprememb v smeri trajnostnega in zelenega gospodarstva.

Ozaveščanje nosilcev odločanja o okoljskih izzivih in izzivih podnebnih sprememb v izobraževalnem in gospodarskem sektorju je ključnega pomena za spremembo vedenja in usmerjanje prehoda na okolju prijaznejše obstoječe učne načrte, kar vodi do novih zelenih kompetenc ter njihovega razvoja.

Projekt in partnerstvo Green Collider se ukvarjata s temi temami od leta 2022 do 2024.

CILJI

Glavni cilji so:

  • ozaveščati o pomenu uvajanja sprememb, ki jih prinaša evropski zeleni dogovor, tako v poklicnem izobraževanju in usposabljanju kot v poslovnem sektorju;
  • povečati pripravljenost na spremembe v poklicnem izobraževanju in usposabljanju ter v poslovnem sektorju (s posebnim poudarkom na MSP);
  • prispevati k premostitvi vrzeli med potrebami trga dela ter programi poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja na področju trajnostnega razmišljanja ter krožnega gospodarstva z vzpostavitvijo in nadaljnjo krepitvijo sodelovanja med ponudniki poklicnega izobraževanja ter usposabljanja in poslovnim sektorjem;
  • olajšati nadnacionalno izmenjavo znanja in izkušenj ter soustvarjanje znanja;
  • z razvojem inovativnih orodij in praks za usposabljanje strokovnjakov v poklicnem izobraževanju in usposabljanju ter mentorjev v podjetjih, izvajanje trajnostnega razmišljanja in posledično pripravo študentov poklicnega izobraževanja ter usposabljanja na prihodnje potrebe trga dela, kar pomeni, da jim po zaključku programov poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja zagotovijo znanja ter spretnosti, ki so potrebni za konkurenčno prednost;
  • razviti trajnostna in prenosljiva orodja za izvajanje trajnostnega razmišljanja ter razvoj zelenih znanj in spretnosti v formalnem in neformalnem poklicnem izobraževanju in usposabljanju.

REZULTATI

Green Collider
Mojstrski tečaj

Magistrski tečaj Green Collider je sestavljen iz štirih prilagojenih modulov, ki zajemajo teoretična in praktična znanja o trajnostnem razmišljanju ter razvoju zelenih kompetenc, obogateni s štirimi kratkimi spletnimi seminarji v februarju 2023. Green Collider Masterclass ponuja različna osnovna znanja in praktične uporabe, tako da jih lahko učitelji in učenci v poklicnem izobraževanju ter usposabljanju izvajajo v naslednjem koraku reševanja resnične naloge, ki jo zagotavljajo MSP.

VET-Business Green Collider za sodelovanje

VET-Business Green Cooperation Collider, konceptualni okvir, ki zajema različne metodologije za sodelovanje med poklicnim izobraževanjem in usposabljanjem, kot so avtentični izziv nalog iz resničnega delovnega okolja ter spremljajoče orodje za samoocenjevanje v obliki spletne interaktivne igre, ki se lahko uporablja tudi samostojno. Ta produkt predlaga celovito izkušnjo za učitelje in učence v poklicnem izobraževanju ter usposabljanju v sodelovanju z malimi in srednjimi podjetji; podpira jih pri čim večjem izkoriščanju potenciala uvajanja trajnostnega razmišljanja v učnem okolju ter s tem predstavlja inovacije na področju poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja.

V njem sta povzeti zasnovani proces učenja in oblikovanja politik od spodaj navzgor ter obravnavani dve ključni vprašanji: vloga učiteljev poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja pri razvoju zelenih kompetenc ter trajnostnega razmišljanja s sodelovanjem med poklicnim izobraževanjem in usposabljanjem ter dejavnostmi WBL/vajeništva in kako širjenje učnega načrta, ki temelji na kompetencah, ter uporaba trajnostnega razmišljanja in zelenih znanj ter spretnosti v sektorju poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja odpravljata vrzel med potrebami po znanjih in spretnostih ter kakšna je vloga poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja v tem procesu; opolnomočenje učiteljev in učencev v poklicnem izobraževanju ter usposabljanju, da bodo z ukrepi politike samozavestni pri uvajanju trajnostnega razmišljanja v učnem okolju.

DomSpain (DS Formacio) is a Training and Consulting Company active on a national and international level. It offers a variety of services to the public and private sector of Spain and actively participates in international schemes through a well-established network of partners abroad. Taste Roots Cooperative Society is a start-up set up in July 2017 whose main focus is digital rural development and creation of tourism branding activities for different enterprises. Its working area is Latina county, in southern part of Rome. Taste Roots has been established to combine the experience in business development, digital communication, project management and training gained by the founding members. Those experiences have been gained during the activities/projects carried out as freelancers working in the field of training/education of youth and adults, as well as European project management (front-desk, fundraising, project communication, output delivery, etc.). Taste Roots has important experience with reference to green economy as currently developing a web-app service to assess the green-friendliness in managerial processes of businesses, basically assessing the different aspects and facets of energy consumption, staff training, business strategies, usage of technology, automatisation processes and so on.
